as I drank.

I loved the wine.

I want to try this
one (or similar) again.

This is why I take
notes as I drink the
wine.

I JUST CAN’T REMEMBER
STUFF VERY WELL.

On the other hand…

I do remember a
“dry honeycomb”
and
“dry grass”
flavor.

It was totally delicious,
